The ECU detects the higher temperature air through the intake air temperarture sensor located inside the MAF sensor. The compenstion tables will reduce ignition timing which has a drastic effect on power output.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Infinity Design lower air filter \/ Inlet Air Ducts housings have been meticulously designed to allow for maximum air flow and fit directly to the large factory air inlet ducts.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe factory OEM intake is NOT sealed with an opening at the wheel arch liner.\u003cbr\u003eWe have moved the opening towards the front of the engine bay and integrated it with the OEM inlet feed.
